We take pride in offering fully insured, complimentary shipping for your purchase. Your precious jewellery is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives in impeccable condition. Our discreet, unmarked packages open to reveal an exquisite presentation box that cradles your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND
While most international shipments arrive within 14-21 business days, customs processes may vary by country. We can assist you in estimating shipping times for international orders. Please note that we cannot reroute packages once shipped due to insurance requirements. All items are registered and insured for the full value, ensuring your purchase is protected during transit. Inspired Jewels are not liable for any additional tax, duty or customs charges that may be applicable. Please consult your local post office for more information regarding specific fees/tariffs to expect when receiving your item. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted.
We are committed to giving our customers peace of mind, we know it’s not always easy buying online. To take away any stress or uncertainty if you are not happy with your purchase simply return within 10 days for a full refund!
Returns & Exchange Policy
Inspired Jewels is delighted that you chose a special jewel from us. We are sure it will bring you joy for many years to come however on the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied you are welcome to return the piece to us for a full refund or exchange. The Inspired Jewels returns policy excludes items that are made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and Inspired Jewels Gift Cards. Please ensure when returning the jewel that you return it in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and all certificates, guarantees and valuations. Your returned piece will be checked by our gemmologists and jewellers on return to ensure the piece is in original undamaged condition and verify its authenticity.
If you would like to return a piece you have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for full refund, please contact us within 3 days and ensure to return the unworn item to us within 30 days. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Please refer to The Consumer Rights Act which says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement but Inspired Jewels must be notified within 30 days of goods being received.
Certain promotions may mean an item is unable to be returned - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period.
Returns Process
~ Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. We will then email/post you a prepaid courier label/bag for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewellery securely so it does not move around in transit.
~ We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand if the item is faulty. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of return international shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.
~ All returned jewellery items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewellery will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.
~ Once the item is received, we will carefully inspect the condition of the item and on acceptance issue a full refund, within 3 days of receipt.
